Sponsored Programs

· Used Eyeglass Collection Program - We collect used eye glasses in connection with Lions International.

 

· Eyeglasses Financial Assistance - We provide up to $150 for the cost of an eye exam and the purchase of a pair of eyeglasses for persons requiring eye glasses  financial assistance.

 

· Boy Scouts of America Troop 150 - We contributed substantially to the construction of their building and provide annual support to Penn Woods Council of Boy Scouts of America.

 

· Turkeyfoot Valley Area School District:

· Student of the Month and Year awards - to High School seniors.

· Leonard G. Bailey Memorial Scholarship - We award $1000 annually to a high school senior.

· Peace and Drug Awareness Poster contest

 

· Special Recreation Day  - Held annually at the Youghiogheny Dam for physically/mentally challenged adults/children.

 

· Christmas Basket Program - Fruit and Food baskets are provided to the shut-ins and needy.
